David H.M. Lambert
Owner Engineer Voice Actor

David H.M. LambertMr. Lambert has worked as a professional actor in the Dallas area since 1981. He is probably best known to audiences as Ebenezer Scrooge, having played the role for over a decade.  He has been nominated for several acting awards including 2 Leon Rabin nominations and rated by the Dallas Morning News as D/FW's "Best Scrooge" when compared with two of D/FW's largest theatres, Dallas Theater Center and Casa Mañana.

Mr. Lambert started his voiceover and audio engineering career in the early 1990s with Intelemedia Communications as their principal voiceover talent recording and editing voice prompts for IVR systems (Interactive Voice Response.)

To round out his talents, he has also spent 11 years in Information Technology managing servers and telephony systems.

In the summer of 2004, Mr. Lambert fell victim to outsourcing. He quickly identified this as an opportunity to further his acting career by continuing to pursue voiceover. Not wanting to spend precious money on expensive recording studios, he quickly took advantage of his eclectic skill sets by producing his own voice demo.

Soon other actors expressed interest in having Mr. Lambert produce their own voice demos. And Lambert Studios was born. Some of our corporate clients include: American Heart Association, Executive Conferencing, Farmers Insurance, IntegraColor, Sue Ward Realty, and Travelocity among others.

Today, Mr. Lambert's voice can be heard across the U.S., Canada, and Europe as well as the Internet.  He's currently the voice of Albertson's Monopoly promotion which has TV spots running during the 2010 Superbowl Pregame show in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Phoenix markets and additional TV & radio spots that will begin airing in February 2010.

David is represented in Dallas by McAlister Talent, in Oklahoma by Magna Talent, and in Austin by Austin Models & Talent.
