Payment Plan Terms

• By submitting to the payment plan, client agrees to pay Lambert Studios $700 with no accrued interest over the course of 6 months using PayPal's Payment Plan Service (PayPal account not required.)
• Client agrees to pay $200 down, then five (5) monthly payments of $100 with no accrued interest which will automatically be deducted from client's debit card, credit card, bank account, or PayPal account.
• Upon attending the workshop, client will be required to submit alternative payment information (credit card) to Lambert Studios directly in order to secure payment plan (PayPal does not disclose credit card information to vendors.) Failure to provide alternative payment information at the time of workshop may result in forfeiture of any monies already paid down and Lambert Studios reserves the right to discontinue service to the client until account is settled.
• Late payments (due to insufficient credit or funds) or payments cancelled by the client will result in a $50 penalty fee added to client's account per occurrence and will be immediately charged to client's alternative payment source.
• Cancellation and/or rescheduling fees will not be included in the payment plan and will be immediately charged to client's alternative payment source.
• Lambert Studios will retain all CDs of the client's demo until account is paid in full, however, the edited demo will be made available online in a streaming format only (no downloading) on the Lambert Studios website.
